Since 1976, we have completed comprehensive antique furniture and property appraisals in the northern New York/ Adirondack/ Champlain Valley region. We have worked with insurance adjusters, attorneys, banks and individual homeowners in preparing documents for estate settlements as well as personal inventories. Professional valuations include a broad range of American antiques from the late 19th century and early 20th century, including furniture, primatives, collectibles, glass, china, lamps, pottery, stoneware, toys, artwork, silver, as well as general household contents.

Fair Market Value or Replacement Value appraisals include:

• On site inspection and inventory listing
• Research of most current sales to include major auction sales, private sales as well as on line marketing
• Appraisals comply with the UNIFORM STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL APPRAISAL PRACTICE (USPAP) codes
• Each appraised item includes: age, condition, dimensions and value
• Per hour fees include on-site inspection & listing, professional documentation & research as well as travel time
